Google penalty

Hi,

my sites are probably getting a google penalty.

It's possible to remove this penalty?

I saw this video, so would know your opinion.

if your deindexed.. keep submitting reinclusion report.

if your site just dropped in rankings, build more quality content pages with good backlinks to them.

if I try to search a paragraph from my site it never appear before of the 5th page, I suppose is a penalty.

My sites are totally white and I don't understand why they are getting this penalty. Probably because I have put a link between some of them and google thinks it's a link scheme...
