Help needed! RSS FEED!

I have created my site using WP. I would request fellow members to clarify below doubts..

1. I have created only 2 separate pages for my website with unique content targeting a single keyword with less competition. My site is up and running now.. I could see RSS subscription logo for subscribing RSS feeds from my blog.. However when I click on that it does not show anything there. I am getting "Page not found" message. Is that because I have not created any posts in my blog?

2. If I create "pages" for my blog, will it not reflect in RSS feed? If it can, can you suggest a way where I can get my 2 pages reflect in that RSS feed..

It will help me submitting my RSS feeds..

Install an RSS feed plugin on your wordpress blog then start making posts.

I just installed the plugin (RSS FEED anywhere) widget and activated it.. but has not used this widget but activated that.. It was asking for the feed URL and now i can see the pages listed for feed subscription.. Now the question is it shows the page tile but "PRIVATE". How do I make this RSS public??
