Best host for site flipping? -- maybe reseller hosting?

So I'm looking to get into site flipping, and someone told me it'd be easier to just get reseller hosting, create a new account (under me), and then sell the site.

Maybe with Hostnine?

God, I wouldn't even know how to sell the site properly though...do I sell them the username and password or something?

You get a reseller account which gives you WHM access and the ability to setup multiple sites with their own cpanel access. Then when you sell a site you can just package up the account and send it to them to restore on their hosting account, or you can give them the cpanel login/pass for them to do it themselves, or you can continue to host them.
