Offshore VPS for warez blog ?

I want an offshore host (Russia, Romania, Sweden) for warez blog. No hosting of files only linking.
Any recommendations ?

What is your budget?
 
I was using leaseweb hosting from NL. VPS for 9 to 10Euros per month.
 
If you're not hosting files, then you're not making a warez site, you're just making a link site....which can be hosted anywhere.

Just make sure to have a disclaimer, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and contact page.

Linking is also not allowed if its hosted on US Server.
