I bought the hostgator's baby plan using the $0.01 coupon and today it expires so i need to pay for the next months plan etc. $9.95 a month is too expensive for my budget and i currently have around 3 websites hosted on the account. I can't use the 25% off coupons as i am not a new customer, what can i do? If i was to make a new account, do i have to backup all my files and upload them again? Or how can i change my plan on the hosting?

Yes, then you have to make a back up and download it on your computer quickly before it expires. Otherwise you will have to pay the $9 price. I would recommend you to look for some cheap web hosting.
