If I get a Windows VPS, can I access it like a normal windows box and run Win32 apps on the desktop?
Can I set up VNC on one etc.

I want to use XRumer and darkmail on an offshore VPS.

Thanks

yes find window vps direct remote
but all windows vps have that
can be access via remote desktop

xrumer darkmail lol
before you use that stuff read their tos
because they use high smtp traffic ho ho ho

yeah you can connect via rdp, vnc and all those remote connection apps

As mentioned previously, remote desktop is far superior to VNC.

One caveat if the VPS is based on Virtuozzo: the SWSoft network adapter does not do a good job of simulating a "real" network adapter (unlike other virtual platforms like VMWare). You cannot run a VPN client or a VPN server, such as Routing and Remote Access or ISA Server. This sucks if you need secure/encrypted network access to your server. But if you know how to set up SSH tunnels you can work around the lack of a VPN by installing some free Windows-based SSH server such as copSSH. Those work with the fake SWSoft network adapter.

Thanks guys.

For XRumer and Darkmailer, I'd deffo be buying one of the cheap 'Anything allowed' offshore deals specifically for this kind of shit.

I'm looking for a windows vps with 500GB Hard Disk And 2 GB Ram. And i want cheapest vps. Within $10-15. Please Suggest

I seriously doubt your going to find that considering windows charges just in licensing fees that much.
