Joomla advertisment posts

Is there anything for joomla that's like what you see on these blogs? Basically an internal blog bot. that posts ads and offers in-between blog posts. I got a massive autoblog.
Ive seen this ad agency plug. But I couldn't find one that did what is needed.

Also does anybody know of any cool advertising plugins in general for joom?
Or ones that target off keywords.
