What CMS or web design should I use for this?

Hello

I want to create a shopping cart style site, but instead of selling products it is going to be for service instead. So there would only be a few service to sell.

It shouldn't be formatted like a normal e-commerce site(square box with product pictures). And in the back end it should also have functions to manage customers name, emails, different services the customer order etc.(it should also be able to exported to cvs)

I think it has to be a cms. But I am not sure which one, so I need some advice from you on this.

I plan on hiring someone to do this for me, so if any of you have what I am looking for please pm me.

Magento, UberCart... Joomla integrates well with them

magento would probably handle all you're wanting in itself, including cvs export - no need for joomla integration. I'm not picking up work right now but I've put up a couple of magento stores so I've seen this in action...
