Hi guys i want to know that how can i make a torrent to available download?

i make 2 torrents using Utorrent software but unable to download them ? what should i do to make them available to download ?

You need to seed the torrent.

did you only create the torrents and then hoped for downloads?
you know that you first have to upload the torrents so that you can seed them?

if you are stuck there are plenty of tutorials on you tube and ones for u torrent, thoughi would suggest you dont use utorrent 3 which is the new client as its banned on some web sites

First you have to upload the torrent and then seed them in order to have a full fledged download speed. Otherwise search on google about the topic and definitely you will find something. Happy torrenting!!
