Does any1 have his/her own torrent website?

I want to build my own torrent site...
but where should I start?


I can get an offshore hosting + VPS + seedbox...

but what about the software/script?
How to build it... I read there are some scripts to use... any1 any recommends or experience?

You sir, have more balls than me to attempt this with sites like TPB and Demonoid around that pretty much monopolize the torrenting world

But there can be alot of money focusing on a niche,espically if you can provide unique content not found on the other torrent sites.

+1 for xbtit - nice script and good support forums with lots of add-on options

I'm not totally sure about which hosting company is the best. But imo I think that you should have two VPS if your going to be torrenting,One will be the storage server. And the other will be the seeding one,this way if your seeding one goes down because of a DMCA complaints you will be able to purchase another server,and quickly get the files back on that.

If you don't do this you will be lose a ton of money over a few days while you get your files backup.

I need only hosting

Anonymous hosting should be good. There was something of a thread about this i think.
