Best sites to upload torrents - NO registration OR short/easy registration

I bought a huge server, costing $250 and it's expiring soon and I NEED my money back...

I didn't receive the initial investment.

So, what are sites that are good - require NO registration?

An easy, fast registration is fine as well!

How can I spread torrents?

Also, is there software that can create torrents, in quantity - like take a directory, and create 150 .torrents?

Can't find much on sites to upload torrents to, no registration. I get a blog, with TPB in it.

if the torrent is good I make new account on these, otherwise I won't bother.

Had an account for about 3 weeks on TPB - going to uplod some password stuff tomorrow, because after tomorrow - my server expires.
