Is there a good method for torrents and PPC? Or is PPI better?

If I were promoting music, what would be a good one?

Also what method would be done.

1. Password file; url to go to shown on the right in the comment space of the rar file?

2. They go to it and click the sponsor and that is your click.

3. 10 seconds later a popup shows with the password.

How would that bypass ppc programs? Which methods are better?
