Any tutorial on how to make AVI file to redirect to any URL?

i've been trying to find this kind of tutorial on google but to no avail.

basically im planning to seed AVI files but users get redirected to some URL.

please help...thanks

If I understand you correctly, you simply want to have an AVI file on your own site and you redirect it to another page on your own site? In that case you would use your .htaccess file like so:
Redirect 302 /foobar.avi http://www.yoursite.com/foobar.html

If you mean you are posting an AVI file to some directory somewhere you have no control over what happens.

Please correct me if I am not clear here...

Don't think this is possible. You could just watermark your videos or use quick video optin.

You'll never get an .avi on a media player to open a browser. The only thing you can do is
lock the file and make them visit a site for a plugin or unlock code to veiw
it.

What does the nofollow do?

what does v2.gohere.com the v2 function perform. it replaces the www, i think it is redirecting but i am not sure.

P.S. Guys I really need some work right now. Great content for 1 penny a word. In most cases you get over cus if you let me right it it is usually over three hundred and also four hundre or more words. I don't charge more until that five hundred word mark. That is if you just order the two fifty to three hundred article and let me run with it.

I think you can't really make directly for a DRM to open a URL, but you can do the following:

1. Open notepad
2. Type: start http://www.YOUR_SITE.com/
3. Save the file as a BAT file.
4. Download BAT to EXE converter

Code:

hxxp://download.cnet.com/Bat-To-Exe-Converter/3000-2069_4-10555897.html

5. Convert the BAT file to EXE file.

And now that exe file will open your URL when it will be opened. So you can use it as your DRM codec.

But I don't know how you can tell a user, that he needs to complete an offer to watch a video.
