Activity Today:1 leads, $0.11 Month to Date:3 leads, $0.72 These are the stats I have, I mean wow i could of earned atleast 3 $ from these 3 leads and i get 0.72$. Anyone have a similar problem, what can I do? Any other good CPA network?

Can I get some recommendations for good content locking networks? I've already applied at Adscend and Adwork but have yet to hear anything back. Do you need to have your site(s) live and up and running first to be accepted into these networks? Any recommendations would be appreciated, thanks.
