Any Mysp banned account for BOOSTING PLAYS???

I already used the search function but it seems no one got banned here because of boosting the plays... just wanted to make sure cause ive heard its actually happening. do you know anything about?

are there any programs that still work for giving plays? not some cheap ass one using a webbrowser
