I'm new to this scene and I'm not sure on what is out there. I'm looking for a bot that will act as such. Maybe it exists! Maybe not! Let me know
1) Scrolls through twitter feed and follows people that RT posts. IE Scroll, click post, any RTs? From who? Follow those people.
2) Save all accounts followed to be unfollowed at a timed interval later.
Why: This mechanic means that you get a chance for a follow back for someone that actively RTs information relevant to those that you follow. Saving the accounts followed would be important because every two or three days it cycles through and then unfollows people. Growth is purely organic, and it's SPECIAL growth, people who RT and again are people that RT posts from accounts that you follow; or from accounts relevant to yourself.
