I'm in the process of advertising a product and came across a top-ranking video for one of my best keywords. This channel owner is in high school and obviously a minor. Was wondering if anyone with a better legal understanding than myself could shed some light on any legal pitfalls one might come across from offering said youtuber $$ by way of Paypal in return for a link under her video.
