Hi guys, quick question about Tumblr marketing.

If I post photos with a backlink to my site in the caption, and these photos are reblogged say... to 100 other tumblr blogs, will I be getting 100 backlinks to my site? I'm not sure since each blog is a kind of subdomain of tumblr.. is this also considered as social signals?

I'm new to tumblr, so I'd like to know that too.

That would depend on if the person reblogging edits the caption details or not. Same goes for the source url and clickthrough link. If they havent changed anything then yes your link is intact and will get crawled.
