Socibuzz has a few bits, only the odd one has a decent CPC though. ChaCha affiliates has plenty of stuff for you to post but nothing pays more than 2c per click.

I just logged in over at Socibuzz, I had an account for several months and I though I would see if they have improved. I think they died instead I only saw about six offers and most of them were outside the US. :P
