I am looking for a good place with lots of good photos that I can possible download/edit to reuse for creating profiles, any one have good ideas ?

Mainly looking for people's face photo or images I can extract it like ID photos etc.

Simply Google it with a nice keywords..
Like Cute Girls pics etc etc..

Yeah I've tried that but there is so many random things that it takes a lot of time, I am looking for another place that I might be able to just scrap off of the profile's photo or so and just do some changes to make the image safe to use all automatically.

Maybe instagram?

try baidu, i think the chinese are pretty cool with copyrights and stealing photos

nothings better then google , or you can use facebook itself use photos posted in unique pages..

Not sure if this helps but I use twitter feed integration. It allows you to make site have a more "live" appearance and you can do some wicked things with twitter feeds.
