Is it a good way to steal twitter followers to another account?

Hello guys,
Is it a good way to steal followers from other twitters and use them to invite to another twitter account so they follow me as well?
Like mass a followers invite to mine.

Im willing to pay for a home made soft/script that do this for me as well up to $500

Is there a way to get emails from other account followers so I can invite them to my profile?What I need to do is to get followers from the same category I am for spanish music hip/hop and to get those accounts to follow me in my twitter that I use for promotional matters...I had a soft that gave a ton of followers but... they were International and once they see my twitter they stopped following me..So I need followers from a same category to continue following me.Please help me out as im willing to pay good amount of $$

What you are trying to do can easily be done with tweet marketing robot. Essentially you find the twitter account that dominates your niche and follower their followers, or you follow by a search term, meaning you follow people tweeting about what you have to sell.
