Problem with MailChimp!!

Hello,

I been using Mailchimp to send email marketing, but, now it seems that they have make better spam filters or something since I everytime I tried I get my account suspended, is there any way to jump this new filters?

Then reason I use mailchimp is basically because is the only email marketing service that goes through hotmail filters, there is anything you can recommend me? That works as good as mail chimp through hotmail?

thanks for answering, dude I tried but, they said that they check every your mail list, basically who ever receives newsletter has to approve it, if not then aweber doesnt let you send it. How to get around that or is there another service for this?
