Doing this with proxy may cost you a lot and ,aking 100K view is not yet possible without any king of tools. so that may cost you again. the best policy it i guess populate the video in various social sites, and you just need to have few profiles with 1k or more friends or followers. you can buy each account by $5 from Fiverr.
