I want a software that tweets from a list AND MENTIONS one of my followers randomly , not a follower i add to the list previously

TweetAttacks is probably the best way. You can either add all of your followers to a list, or you can leave automatic direct messages for new followers

I don't think there is any software that selects a random follower to mention, but TA is your best bet for anything else.

Im using tweetattacks too, It works very good.
