I think you'll need a custom (paid) service to get list of the 20k most followed on Twitter.

Thanks HB I had already visited those sites but like you said they provide up to 1k most followed users. I'm specifically looking to get the 20k profiles with most followers. I'm happy to pay a subscription or anyone else who can give me this info

I don't think there is anything which lists the top 20K.

Try playing around with twitter api and see if you can find something though.

Scrapebox and a nice dork will get you fine results..
