Setting up google+,facebook and twitter for every site

Hello, I've been thinking about setting up google+, twitter and facebook page for all my sites and buying some likes, pluses and so for it. Do you think it is worth the effort and money and that it will have good impact on SE positions? Usually low competition sites.

Look at your competition. If they don't have massive support from social media sites neither do you and the good old backlinking should be enough.

If you would work with authority sites then it's a must.
