Does anyone know a free tweet scheduler service

Hey , im after free service that lets you schedule your Tweets, i was using futuretweets but its not working properly and it no longer has recurring tweets.

i would like to tweet at 9am and 9pm every day,

if anyone knows of a free one or a good paid service could you help me out? thanks

Yahoo pipes. Not too easy but it can be used for very creative tasks.

TweetDeck desktop works fine, but since it is associated and owned by twitter I wouldn't get crazy and spammy. It's good for legitimate accounts and tweets though.
