I am currently in great need of personnel, and I was thinking about doing mass posts on kijiji and craigslist.

My current idea of how to proceed:

1-Get a bunch of proxies
2-Get a whole bunch of DID numbers through a VOIP provider and validate craigslist accounts
3- Code a bot to post automatically @ random intervals
4-?
5-Profit!!!!

If anyone has any extra tips on what to do or can do it for me, just say it in the thread so everybody can benefit or PM.

If you need a team for posting manually then do not worry because I have around 5-8 persons who can post on daily basis.
