That link you posted just goes to an affiliate referral landing page.
I would caution you that is against the rules and it looks highly suspicious especially with the title you put on this thread.

I posted the wrong link the first time. I'm not trying to pull anything. I've been a member of this site for a few years now and know the rules.
I just bought shitloads of shoes, thank you OP for this beautiful opportunity

The link i posted goes to a facebook fan page and from there the fanpage redirects you to a website, I am not affiliated with this site in anyway and could care less about their shitty shoes. I was spammed by them today on facebook and i'm just trying to figure out HOW they accomplished the page redirect.
Well it's also against the rules to post others pages here BTW.
You need to use a <body onload> method, this should work for you:
You can use this as the typical redirect code usually won't work (blocked by FB)
<body onload="window.top.location.href='http://www.yourURL.com'">
Make a page tab and post that code in the opening body tag of the canvas, then make that tab the default landing tab.

They are using a timed out iFrame - just google for this kind of script or load that facebook page from your link above and STOP it from loading immediately after the site has built up on your screen (in FF I do this by clicking on the (X) symbol in the navigation toolbar) so that you can analyze the code further (in FF all you need to do is to click on <CRTL> U).
I hope it helps ...
I stopped fighting my inner demons. We're on the same side now.
