Just a thought, but how do you know where the +1's are coming from? If they just have some fake account with bots and its badly run and all coming from the same IP. Surely google will pick up on this and slap your serps round the face. I wouldn't buy any +1's unless i could have prood that they are coming from real sources.

Hello, I checked that +1s by google webmaster tool. all are from USA based unique IPs. You can test & then describe to general people.

I wouldn't recommend anyone do this to their money site, test it with a buffer first. I remember trying something where you earned credits for +1 a site and every credit you had got you one +1 back. it didn't work out
