moneybookers is best interms of safety, paypal interms of service.

I use them. Moneybookers is good when you are interested in gambling gaming, since paypal doesn't let you deposit money to gambling websites, but moneybookers is accepted almost everywhere

I'm using moneymakers for almost 4 year. If you are a Product or Service seller, they mb is safer than paypal. In these days people are chraging back or giving dispute in paypal a lot and if you are blackhat seller, then nothing to do.
