Would Twitter ban me if I post links to a page, which contains a warez link.

Example:

Tweet: Nero Burning Rom 1.1 DL ~ bit.ly/#####

bit.ly/##### -> forum.warezsiteexample.com/applications/nero-burning-rom <- And on this page is a link to Mediafire where you can actually download Nero.

It probably sounds a bit complicated, I hope somebody will understand this
