How do you get a page on facebook to be

facebook / com/oranges

I created a page from my own individual account on Fb and it looks like

facebook / com/pages/oranges/31310990/pages/oranges etc etc etc

I was told to get 20 likes and I could change the name !!

Have i done this totally wrong from the start ??
