With aged accounts and quality tweets I was able to reach twitter limit for replies (128/day), but fresh accounts(2 days old) are usually suspended after sending 20-30 replies.

If you are not using any software or tool and an active user (active means one post or tweet in every two hours), also if your profile is popular enough (you are having number of followers) then 100-150 likes in a day is not a big deal.
