I am looking for something that can follow another users twitter following... is their any such application or something like that?

Tweetattacks can do that easily. Its written by a member here.

if all you want is a follow/unfollow app. tweetattacks free edition would work you can also set it up to follow a certain persons followers.

Tweetattacks...just familiarise yourself with the free version, then work your way up. Tweetadder isn't terrible, but Tweetattacks is more powerful and versatile...Jayson, the owner/designer, is a member here...not sure about the owner of Tweetadder; anybody know?
