Hi Everyone,
Let me say this is my first time posting on a website like this. I have been a sports gambler for the past fifteen years. I had a small client base which I catered to for about half a dozen years, but enough is enough. I am looking to expand.
Twitter is the big thing for sports handicappers/oddsmakers/gamblers right now. Everyone is offering advice and in game betting comments. I am looking to get a following and start driving traffic to my website (sounds like what everyone else is trying to do).
I am trying out TweetAttacks. Since I have never even touched or investigated any SEO software ever, this is the first product I have used. I have been using the trial to see if I can get a hang of things first and discover if it is beneficial or not.
So far I have been running tasks for two days. I have followed over 700 users and only gained 23 followers.
Is this the usual ratio? Am I going after the wrong keywords/search results? Should I be targeting followers of other users?
I have followed the users of people similar to myself in the industry who have a couple thousand followers each; all which I am confident are very legitimate. I have a real photo, real bio, real profile, everything is legitimate on my end.
I read stories about 200-300 followers a day, is it just the "niche" I am targeting or is it something I am doing.
I apologize if this is an embarrassing question for some of you to read; I am just starting and trying to grasp the fundamentals in order to best succeed.
Hopefully someone can help. I would appreciate it.
