I know for a fact there has to be a way to be able to add clickable links in a youtube background without having to partner up. The reason I know this is because I know of several people who have almost 0 subscribers and views and yet are able to do that (and with youtube partner system you need to have a great youtube channel) additionally these specific individual have no ads in any of their videos with is also a principle of youtube partnerning. If anyone knows how to do this please share or PM me as I can $ for this type of help.
