I'm creating a business and would like to buy a Twitter for a good following. It's a small t shirt business that I would like to expand to more than just the local area around my hometown. Does anyone know of any sites, or if anyone here can possibly offer a service for a Twitter or an account? eBay seems like too much of a scam and I don't have the time to do it myself.

I have a Facebook for it already, in the process of expanding. Twitter is just an easier way and it's better marketing than Facebook. It's more intimate for what I need and I like that idea.
