Blog+twitter

Is there a way to link multiple twitter accounts to blogs? So the title of the blog is posted to twitter? Kind of like how onlywire plugin works

Blogs use RSS And This site Automatically sends your new Blogs Feed And Posts it on your Twitter or FB account..
it is 100% Automatic.
