I'm looking for something that can increase plays and views on reverbnation (the website). Does anyone know of anything?
Same here, still really interested. Feel free to PM me anytime.I'm working on something, I'll keep you posted.
They're actually are charts, & when you connect it to other websites it helps boost your ranking in that manner too. The problem with increasing views is that they have certain guidelines that are quite odd. If you can make something that actually works though, I'd be willing to pay.Hey guys, what would be the reason (apart from it making a song look like it's popular) for increasing the views? I don't see any charts to game, or am I missing something?
Anyway, should be pretty easy to create a bot in a few hours to do that. Let me know a good reason and I'll do it free.
Good luck all!

Yes, you 're right, I missed them first time I looked. Any idea what the charts are based on? Views, likes, etc? Once we know that we can see how difficult it is to game them.
I got the fan thing down. (Have over 37000 fans on it lol)It's hard to game RN because it requires a ton of other things. I can do plays, sure, but you also need to be constantly improving your mailing list, social networking presence, and fans on the site.

Found this on their website:
The charts are based on Band Equity Score. Band Equity Score encompasses hundreds of things on our site. Many more stats other than the ones you see are factored in, including promoter plays, percentage of emails opened by your fans, shared widgets, etc. etc. These are all things that are not shown on the chart but factor into your score.
Also, one of the key main points of Band Equity Score is recency. BES only measures your past 2 weeks of activity, so while some stats may be lower for a band, they may have added more fans or had more plays, etc in the past 2 weeks than some of the bands below them. Along the same lines, you could be adding plays, fans, etc, but if you are not adding them at the same rate you were a little over 2 weeks ago, your score could be affected.
The formula is the same for every artist on the site to ensure a level playing field.
