ho can i make a profile on Facebook to look like this one:

and not like this one:
facebook.com/jheller
(i mean you can see on the first link that you can read the wall without being logged in etc...)
My second question:
On google maps if you search "Free Dental Implants" you will see that for
" Sunset Plaza Dental
8539 West Sunset Boulevard #16, Los Angeles, CA 90069 "
are 9 google reviews. som eof the reviews have in fron the nick for the reviews author an some of them don't

Oct 27, 2009 etc....
with nick:
