Which is the best solution when manage Facebook account??

Let's imagine that we have 5000 real friends on Facebook but in 2 ways . One is that we have only one account which has 5000 friends . And the other that we have 1000 accounts which have 5 friend each account ?? Some people said that Facebook don't allow to send more than 20 friend requests per day (or someone could tell me how many is it?) . So If we choose the first way we have to wait for a long time to reach 5000 friends . But if we choose the second way I have a question that is it really effective?
