Lately I post a post a blog, then i digg it or submit it or no frame it.

I keep doing it, and honestly im not doing anything other than that with social sites. I am a complete newbie to this form.

Are there any strategies out there to use these sites the correct way? i want my site and blog posts to bring some traffic, but i dont think im using them the correct way.

What do you suggest i read or do? What are some of your secrets?

Hey man are you using YouTube too? According to Alexa it is now the #3 most popular site on the net today. I would use it and it will drive large amounts of traffic to your site daily my friend.
