Do you like Lawsuits? Sure you can! But right now it is one of the hardest in my opinion. i used to be a guru and the best time for that myspace spam was around Oct 2006, and i'll tell you boy where those some good times. Now if i were you i'd spam anything that comes my way.

Agreed with mentalist. I got in on myspace about 6 months too late....so fucking typical of me. You have to be smarter now and as for software, the only decent one right now is friendblaster pro but you still have to deal with the captchas which is why I don't even bother anymore.

Sue happy.. i've received a C&D from this particular social networking website and stopped right away. None of the others actually goto that extent... some guy working there now "EJ Hillbert" is a total whack off ex-fed who calls and harrasses companies & interferes with business practices.

I'll give you a free tip about Myspace.

You don't need hundreds of accounts.

You don't even need a vast number of friends.

Yes, the captchas are fucking annoying but just do them.

Think about a very powerful search tool that is already inbuilt into Myspace. The ability to "choose" age groups and relationship status.

THINK ABOUT IT.

And the biggest tip ever?

Don't be a marketer. Be a real person. (even if that person isn't technically you or your given gender.)

And if you never want to get banned from Myspace? - Then direct your clientèle to your...WP/Blogger BLOG (not myspaces) for more information and your direct to sales page.

Captcha, captcha bypass OCR , captcha typing... alot of solutions available... you don't even really need to bypass... you just need more logins but you can stil send the same amount LOL.. fuckin with the proooooss here son. we've bypassd it, they made the images more complex etc.. If you're a professional like myself then you can make a lot of money with myspace but don't get your feelings hurt if they sue...

Of course they participated in traditional viral marketing to expand the exposure of myspace... It's all good and also curtosey of myspace anybody spammming their website. This was all another way to deliver ads other then email marketing... If i was i nthe same position of course i would feel pissed and violated when outsiders come and spam the website.. BUT.. i'm pretty sure my comission to date is Ruperts fucking jet fuel bill.. pretty much. SHIT.. He's not like that though, If i was put in the same position i would also take the fact under consideration that we are all still struggeling internet marketers. knowing that we are already being told how to and not to market.... I think actually if they told anybody who had any say so they would basically say you know it's up to them to secure the website (like hi5 which simply tells you , that you have exceeded comments. and would probably make them mad at MS if they saw this because they KNOW it's up to them to secure it and are obviously not american)...It's always been curtosey of myspace, tom & chris... i look at it as if we moved with them and another way to deliver ad's. my 2 cents.

sure you can - but your gonna be picking the bones and taking a ton of risk. niche it up and dont just send out 100k messages...

honestly, you're better of NOT doing it. dont even try to spam on myspace.

be smart...it's more about the relationships you build on there, than the numbers you draw.
