Sure - if you want get a lot of klicks on YT - one of the most important rules is that you are one of the first who uplaod the video.

But where can I see when which track will be published? Which are the best music sites where the videos and trackes are published earlier than YT or Itunes? Or just news when will be which video published.

You can try torrent sites like waffles.fm which often have leaks of tracks, but you have to get an invite for that one. To see what's hot now you can just look at the billboard charts (billboard.com
