How much do facebook groups sell for?

I am wondering how much I can sell a facebook group with fans for?

How much will people pay for
10k fans
50k fans
100k fans
250k fans
500k fan
1M fans
?

Is it easy to sell a facebook group? If I tried to sell one with about 676k Fans in the BST section would it be in high demand?

If you are the admin, I need more facebook fans on a fan page. Perhpaps we can work a deal per invite etc.

i think it depends on what niche these pages are for. Some more information about the type people on the list makes a difference.
