I have several fairly well established accounts with about 2000 followers. I tried posting a tweet with a trending topic and a link to a related CPA offer, but it doesn't show up in the timeline. Any ideas why/how it's getting filtered out?

I noticed that many new accounts and some older ones stopped showing up in the search results for me. I think they are slowly catching up with the spam.

That's what I figured. Just trying to figure out what the triggers are, If I look at the trending topic search, there are plenty of "spammy" tweets with aff links etc. that are getting through, so there must be something I am triggering. IP? URL Shortener? Don't know.

I have 500 whats per hour? Tweets? I posted a single tweet.

I tried changing IPs and still none of my tweets show up in a search from that account. Tried from a non-spammy account and it showed up, so it's account related. Weird that they wouldn't ban or suspend the account, but just put some kind of filter on it.

you have 500 action points per hour.

You use one action point when you follow someone, when you unfollow, when you tweet, etc.

Understand?

Yes they blocked you from getting indexed. if you have multiple accounts posting the same tweet youll get blocked. or if you constantly spam trending words, you get blocked. also posting lots of links.

Is that the rule 500 "action points". Would make sense? Allthough I've only hered of you not being allowed to follow more than 500 people.

I've never heard of this. I regularly unfollow 1000 people and then follow back close to 1000 all while tweeting etc. Anyway, I was talking about an account where I only posted a single tweet. So that account is blocked from showing up in searches I think.

Yes, this makes more sense. I was able to get a trending tweet with aff. link through on a less spammy account with about 8000 followers. Are the blocks permanent?

yup the blocks are permanent unless you bitch to support.

You might be wrong. I think most of my tweets were getting ghosted for a while. I was getting clicks everyday, then BAM 0 clicks for 3 days straight. I just layed low for a couple days after that, stopped adding, defollowing, and today I'm getting clicks to my ads.
I didn't, however, manually check to see if tweets were getting ghosted, so I can't say for sure.
