CRAIGS LIST QUESTION:
Anybody get sued advertising/spamming craigs list?

I don't think they would...Back in the day Craig use to call you and would ask you to stop spamming...I post over 2000 ads a day there and haven't been yelled at yet.

I don't have the energy to read it all through but.. Couldn't one use a regular Skype-In number to register an account with? Or maybe a service like www*didww*com could work?

I have been marketing Phone Sex on the internet and Craigslist for years. What I have found is that using teaser ads pisses the majority of the people off. You put some ad out acting like you are a regular person and then they get a number to call only to find they have to pay.

Some times you have to place yourself in the shoes of the people you want to call.

in my opinion - Tell the truth about what you are selling - you might not get as many calls, but a higher percentage of conversions.

I haven't been using craigslist because of phone verification but I use other classifieds sites and get decent conversions

A proxy would seem like it would be a good idea.... aren't there programs out there that rotate proxies for you like every minute? I am still very much a noobie, but that would seem like a good way to go if you were spanning multi-city. Anyone ever tried Proxomitron? Or is that even necessary in this case?

Hey, i'm interested in exploring craigslist marketing as well.. i haven't messed around with it yet, how are their filters? do you need proxies? are there any limitations. can we gather their logins? do they delete accounts generated accounts? Maybe we can share some ideas any fellow craigslist marketers . i got da hookup on any offer/campaign you need .

I started this new method an Im upto 133 calls for today and one of them lasted 6 minutes and 56 seconds but I dont see any sale on my statistics page. Do you think they just didn't give it to me or the guy just statyed on the phone to f*ck with me?

UPDATE:

It turns out that the guy was on the phone for 7 minutes because he was a new user and he ended up talking to a customer service rep and then hung up when his credit card was declined.

for those that need extra numbers...
what about using a voip service that allows you to have "virtual numbers" (extra phone numbers which all ring into one master number) would that work?

This method sounds like it would be better if used in a newspaper. CL is too saturated now. The users are more hip to the spam but there is still money that can be made. Try to think outside the box

I made about $80 this weekend. Thanks DrinkMe. Im getting a few of my friends to signup under me and get their phone numbers out around the city. Might even get some of my hot friends to hand them out to guys they meet when they want to blow them off.

Has anybody been paid yet? Im expecting my first check on july 10th. If/when I get paid i'll have my friends jump in on this.

This method is definatly better to use outside the box.

Even for people that are not from the USA or CANADA. What stops you from going to the New-York Post's website and contact them about placing an ad. They'll charge it on your credit card an that's it !

I work outside the box cause that's where I get better results, 15$ newspaper ad + 0.99$ .INFO domain, a squeeze page that takes 2 minutes to program, and bam an easy 250$ a week. now scale that up to 10 newspaper and your on a decent roll.

That's what I consider a farely good ROI. Without too much of a headache
