i have pr3 domain ranking #2 for 18000 exact monthly searches keyword...

But i can not make any money because it is not paying keyword...

so what can i do with it... (how to make money out of it)

Did you take a look at the related keywords?
Find out if there are buying keywords there and make sure you direct your visitors from the main keyword to that page on your site too.

If you're certain you can't make money from the keyword I'd sell the site. I'm sure there will be someone else out there that will see the stats & want to have a go!

Figure out what part of the purchase funnel your visitors are in. Get them onto a mailing list and use an autoresponder series to guide them to the purchase step.

i have tried all the things like google adsense ...google was paying me the cpc 0.01$ . Although i have a number of site setup on this domain like forums, Indian language site , content sharing but nothing worked.

But this domain has good backlinks and PR3.

Nobody will buy such a domian where to find buyer.
