The site should have Privacy and Affiliate Disclosure Pages. I see some AF text in a widget box but it's far from complete.

I only see one KW phrase and it's very long tail with insignificant search volume and this poor site doesn't even rank for it. I don't see this site ranks for any keyword that will bring it traffic. The 5L domain without a real word isn't helping you a bit. You can rank these sites but you need pages with kw anchor text, good on-page SEO and then off-page backlinking and such. This site has little or nothing going for it.

Coupon sites are workable but you need a subscription to coupon feeds if you're serious. Those feeds cost money so you better be committed to developing the site and have it earn at least the coupon feed subscription costs. To do coupon sites with copy and paste is plain silly. A buyer would spend all day maintaining the website.

I wouldn't waste a dime listing this on Flippa. There is a chance you'll find an idiot that has wild dreams about earning webhosting affiliate money but I wouldn't count on it. Slowly Flippa buyers are getting smarter and sites need to offer something concrete rather than the age old "potential" gimmick.
